The more we eat food that has no goodness and mass produced with chemicals then the body will need help to recover and twice,then sooner than later your body will need energy then people go to the doctors and they are feed medicinal drugs that cost and destroy the immune system so we need more, so the choice is yours as l hear people say organic food is more expensive, but when you look at the medicine cost versus Organic cost, you'll end up paying alot more in Medicine down the track because all man made medicine has side effects and in the end its your choice either eat healthy or eat food from coles/woolworths/aldi all there food has no goodneess in it, anything that has a selve life has chemicals in it, and in the end you'll pay alot more for your drugs in the future so what choiceare you going to make.
