Medicinal uses of the herb mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris). This is a deciduous perennial that grows to 1 metre. There is a Chinese mugwort (Artemesia velotorum) too. This is an evergreen perennial that grows between 1 to 3 metres. Both mugworts have similar uses.
Sleeping pillows made with mugwort help with astral travel and prophetic dreams. It is an excellent remedy for all female complaints including menstrual difficulties and during labour. It is also effictive as a digestive stimulant. As it has a benefical affect on bile flow.
