Mass produced food is grown in tired soil, stimulated with chemical fertilizers to grow fast and have no goodness, sprayed with toxic chemicals to control pests. Some is also genetically modified to look good, have a good at Coles-Woolworths stores they have no goodness in them or any large supermarket stores stay away from if you can, travel well and last a long time on the supermarket shelf. The end result has dramatically lowered nutritional value or has none nutritional value at all. The cost of organic food is the true cost of nutritious food. The true cost of non organic food is chronic sub health and the recent alarming rise in serious diseases in western society, also consider the money you will save in the long term with no chemical tablets that destroy the body, Healthy immune system means a healthy life and a good life and in balance with all things.
